Review the press photo exhibition taking place at the State Library. Identify a photo that you can write a press release about. Use the photo as inspiration, you do not have to worry about the story that it is actually related to - you can make up your own story. Think about the organisation you're writing on behalf of, what's their key communication message, what is the press release angle and how will you make the press release newsworthy to the target audience so the journo will choose to write about your story? Once you have done that planning, write the press release as this week's blog.

6 word story.

300 words (min) on what you expect of yourself on this course e.g. personal, character building, learning, sharing, involvement, etc. this is your promise to yourself first and your lecturers. If you don't intend on finishing this course (as in the diploma), then discuss what you are interested in.
